About The Laundry Atelier

  • It’s simple:

    1. Schedule a pickup online or in our app; choose pay-per-bag or a subscription plan.

    2. Laundry bags are provided on your first pickup.

    3. Fill each bag up to 20–25 pounds.

    4. Separate wash and fold items from pressing items using the correct bag.

    5. Place bags out for scheduled pickup.

    6. Laundry is washed, folded, and pressed as requested.

    7. Clean laundry is delivered back within 24 hours.

  • Laundry bags are provided to all new customers on the day of the first pickup.

    Two different colored bags are provided: one for standard wash and fold laundry and one for pressed laundry.

    Clients are responsible for separating wash and fold items from pressed items using the correct bag.

    Each bag holds approximately 20–25 pounds.

  • Yes. If your order is placed by 11 a.m., you will receive your order the following morning.

    Priority pickup and delivery are for subscribers only.

  • Absolutely. We serve salons, spas, med spas, hotels, Airbnb hosts, RV parks, factories and schools, offering reliable commercial laundry pickup and delivery across our service areas.

  • Yes. We follow fabric-specific care guidelines, including water temperature, drying method and lay-flat-to-dry instructions.

  • Stain removal is one of our core services. We carefully assess each fabric and stain type to apply the best treatment method.

  • Yes. We provide plant-based, fragrance-free detergents and water-efficient wash cycles for a clean that’s gentle on both your clothes and the environment. We also offer gentle, hypoallergenic detergents suitable for babies and those with sensitive skin, keeping your family’s laundry safe and soft, naturally.
