  • Laundry bags are provided to all new customers on the day of the first pickup.

    Two different colored bags are provided: one for standard wash and fold laundry and one for pressed laundry.

    Clients are responsible for separating wash and fold items from pressed items using the correct bag.

    Each bag holds approximately 35 pounds.

  • Subscription Pricing:

    • $25 for one bag

    • $50 for two bags

    • $75 for three bags

    • $100 for four bags

    • $125 for five bags

    • $150 for six bags

    • $175 for seven bags

    • $200 for eight bags

    Launch Subscription Pricing valid through May 31, 2026.

    If you exceed your selected subscription, additional bags will be charged at the non-subscriber per-bag rate. Unused subscription bags or credits do not roll over to the next month.

    Non-Subscription Pricing:

    • $59 per bag

    • Wash & fold only

    • 35 lbs. of laundry

  • Taxes are applied per order and shown at checkout.

  • It’s simple:

    1. Schedule a pickup online or in our app; choose pay-per-bag or a subscription plan.

    2. Laundry bags are provided on your first pickup.

    3. Fill each bag up to 35 pounds.

    4. Separate wash and fold items from pressing items using the correct bag.

    5. Place bags out for scheduled pickup.

    6. Laundry is washed, folded, and pressed as requested.

    7. Clean laundry is delivered back within 24 hours.

  • Yes. If your order is placed by 11 a.m., you will receive your order the following morning.

    Priority pickup and delivery are for subscribers only.

  • We use premium detergents, as well as fragrance-free and hypoallergenic options for babies and sensitive skin.

  • Yes. We provide plant-based, fragrance-free detergents and water-efficient wash cycles for a clean that’s gentle on both your clothes and the environment. We also offer gentle, hypoallergenic detergents suitable for babies and those with sensitive skin, keeping your family’s laundry safe and soft, naturally.

  • Absolutely. We serve salons, spas, med spas, hotels, Airbnb hosts, RV parks, factories and schools, offering reliable commercial laundry pickup and delivery across our service areas.

  • The Laundry Atelier proudly serves St. Tammany and Tangipahoa Parishes, including Covington, Mandeville, Madisonville, Folsom, Abita Springs, Hammond, Ponchatoula, Albany and Springfield, as well as Slidell, Pearl River, Lacombe and Metairie in Jefferson Parish.
